Delivered in partnership with CoralWatch, Woppaburra Traditional Owners and Capricorn Conservation Council, this special event provides a unique opportunity to connect science, culture and community while learning about one of our region’s most precious environmental assets.
Participants will learn about coral bleaching monitoring, reef health surveys, marine conservation techniques, Traditional Knowledge and citizen science opportunities. There will also be interactive activities, displays and opportunities to connect with researchers and Traditional Owners. Whether you are passionate about conservation or simply curious to learn more about our reefs, I encourage you to join us.
