As a follow up to the Workshop and Mentoring sessions that were conducted by Tourism Queensland in the Central Highlands late last year as part of the Digital Ready Program, Capricorn Enterprise will be bringing Digital Coach Susan Maynard back to continue the series with Modules 3 & 4 from the 19^th – 21^st March.

These Modules will be run as One on One Mentoring sessions where we can come to your business and cover the topics outlined below. Each appointment will run for approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours.

Module 3 – “Increase Your Website Traffic” This session is all about online marketing, search engine optimisation and marketing. It also covers email marketing, online advertising, social media and other online marketing tools to encourage consumers to check out your site.  The module also shows you how to monitor the performance of these tools.

Module 4 – “Planning your Online Strategy” This session will help you to understand how to set up a holistic online marketing strategy for your tourism business and where to get in touch with potential customers. By the end of the day you will have planed your own online strategy – ready to implement.

YOUR DIGITAL COACH

The Workshop and Mentoring will be conducted by Digital Coach, Susan Maynard. Susan has extensive experience in both the tourism and training environments and has worked in the tourism industry for over 20 years.
