Hosted by the Central Highlands Development Corporation, this facilitated workshop will assist participants to develop the skills required to inspire confidence when communicating and help reduce the physical and emotional reactions, and inactions, that hinder innovation, performance, relationships, engagement and creativity in business, and in life.

It is targeted at those in business, rural, resources, industry and community sectors as well as those looking to progress their careers and/or returning to the workforce.

Cost is $55.00pp and includes workshop training booklet, morning tea and lunch.

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR
Barbara Bishop, Director, 4 UpSkilling Pty Ltd

Barbara has more than 30 years’ experience in leading people, teaching and training. This experience has developed her understanding of people dynamics and people management and provides a great platform for her to facilitate communication, leadership, coaching and mentoring experiences that inspire and empower people to respond proactively to needs within their business and workplaces, their families and communities.

Barbara has trained as a teacher in Agricultural Science and completed a Bachelor of Education. Barbara trained as a teacher in Agricultural Science and completed a Bachelor of Education. She is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Management and Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
