The Urban Develpment Institute of Australia’s Rockhampton-Yeppoon Branch is pleased to present David French on Thursday 8th November at 5:30pm, for what will be an information-packed and thoroughly engaging workshop.David French, a CQ investment analyst and advisor with over 20 years’ experience for Australian and international institutions, will show you the importance of navigating finance options to achieve strong and profitable results in urban development – turning good opportunities into great ones!

David will discuss:

– How overlooking changes in the finance market can damage projects;
– Tips on why and how you should be strategic about borrowing at an early stage; and
– The four key steps to best position for solid finance – to reduce the risks of project disruption.
