Fitzroy River and Coastal Catchments will partner with Rockhampton Regional Council to host a Parkinsonia and Prickly Acacia management workshop.The workshop will include opportunities to meet with Council and Industry Reps and see practical demonstrations of various control methods.
Participants also have the opportunity to share experiences with other landholders and to hear about Flood Recovery Funding that is available for landholders that experienced infestations of Prickly Acacia and Parkinsonia as a result of the 2010/11 Floods.
