An international speaker, renowned for his local business advocacy, will explain how your enterprise can survive and thrive, in a special luncheon leading up to the Central Highlands Business Excellence Awards Gala Dinner.

Community economist, attorney, author and entrepreneur Michael Shuman will be the keynote speaker at the event on Tuesday, 22 October at McIndoe Park, Emerald.

With the support of Energising Communities Ltd, the American speaker is touring regional communities in Australia to discuss ways to diversify local economies, even ones where mining is the predominant industry, through economic-leakage analysis, local entrepreneurship, local business partnerships, local purchasing, and local investments.

The CHDC luncheon is part of our commitment to offering business development and training to Awards entrants and partners.

The event is $48.80 per person (inc GST)
