Do you have a small property? Are you a horse lover? Then come along to this one day seminar specifically designed for small properties with horses to provide advice and innovative solutions to improve pastures as well as horse nutrition.
Workshop content includes a range of topics such as:
- Pasture improvement
- Grazing management
- Property design and horse facilities
- Water protection, conservation and supply
- Manure management
- Trees and plants
- Horse health and behaviour
This workshop has been funded by Fitzroy River and Coastal Catchments Inc. through Australian Government Caring for our Country program and will be presented Stuart Myers from Equiculture – visit www.equiculture.com.au
Participants are invited to stay after 3pm to discuss forming an Equine Landcare group.
