Introduction to mediation (Level 1) is an interactive course that gives you the knowledge and skills to develop as a mediator, it also provides useful skills in other situations.
You will learn about theory and practice of facilitative mediation and interpersonal conflict management and build your competence, confidence and communication skills.
This course is a prerequisite to Mediation Level 2 – Development of mediation skills and accreditation assessment and provides a pathway to National Mediation Accreditation and credit towards a post graduate qualification in conflict resolution with James Cook University.
Cost: $2,013.00 or $1,642.00 Concession*
This course is fully catered.
