Damon Cavalchini
Community Affairs Manager – NBN™
Damon Cavalchini is nbn’s Community Affairs Manager for Rockhampton
and surrounding areas. As well as facilitating the physical rollout of the nbn™
network with Councils, his role is to assist communities to fully understand
the nbn and the benefits and opportunities it brings. Damon has held
community and media engagement roles with a diverse range of organisations
including Australian Red Cross, Lung Foundation Australia and the Queensland
State Government.
Tracy Chelepy
Telstra Business Centre Rockhampton
Tracy is the local Business Manager for Telstra Business Centre
Rockhampton with over 10 years Experience in Telstra. Starting
her journey in Darwin in the Telstra Call Centre, she moved to
Rockhampton as a Business Associate proving herself to take the
role of Business Manager in 2016. Tracy prides herself in customer
experience of her clients and is actively involved in the business
community as a member of the Capricorn Enterprise.
Natalie Bramwell
Telstra
Natalie is the Senior NBN Specialist for Qld in Telstra’s Small Business
division and she he has been involved with transitioning customers to
NBN since this process commenced in 2012. Her current role includes
management of all NBN products through an extensive network of Qld
based Telstra small business centres, including the local Vita Group
Rockhampton store. Natalie is also responsible for Vita’s Brisbane head
office national NBN strategy for their 22 Business store network. In
addition she is an integral part of the large Telstra product, service and
technical team currently connecting the small business customers in
Australia to the NBN using the new fibre to the node technology.
