Following the aftermath of Tropical Cyclone Marcia and the subsequent impact on the Central Queensland region, many people are reflecting on how our community can be better prepared and more resilient when it comes to severe weather events natural disasters. On Thursday, 19 March, 2015, CQUniversity will host a Public Community Recovery and Resilience Seminar that will bring together experts and the community to discuss recent events, future challenges and opportunities to make our local community stronger and more resilient in the future.
