Holding executive HR roles since 2007, Barbara has significant experience with change management, leadership development, organisational capability and strategic HR Management. Frequently told she is not a “typical HR Manager”, Barbara’s main goal is to ensure the best outcome for the organisation and its staff even if it means doing without the inevitable forms that HR professionals love so much.
Simon Lever, Managing Director, Cross Asia Pacific
Simon is a senior executive with international HSE and risk management experience. Experienced as a leader in multi-layered operations, projects, engineering and business processes, Simon has a proven track record getting the job done safely, on time and taking others on the journey.
