Facilitator Bio – Sarah Davies

Sarah has over twenty five years’ experience within the retail Industry with a background in retail sales, management and visual merchandising. Over this period Sarah built experience and capability within the visual merchandising field.

Sarah started her retail journey with The Just Group in the sales team as a store manager. After a successful new store opening and 18 months hands on experience, the opportunity to work as the visual merchandiser manager for SA was offered. This enabled Sarah to develop her visual merchandising skills, her ability to lead a team along with the delivery of best practice visual merchandising strategies within the group.

With 10 years in the role, a move to develop her own visual merchandising consultancy has enabled her to work with a broad range of retailers from corporate clients, retail groups to individual stores. Specialising in planning and the implementation of visual merchandise strategies, Sarah introduces key visual merchandising concepts and theory, enabling retailer owners and teams to be able to easily understand the impacts of visual  standards and execution in alignment to sales performance.
