Capricorn Enterprise, in conjunction with Department of Employment Economic Development and Innovation and Gibsons Consulting is delivering the Effective Risk Management Systems Workshop to assist companies to win major projects’ supply contracts.
The workshop is part of the “Rockhampton Road to Recovery Capturing Major Project Supply Opportunities” program. This compliments the forum series which highlighted project opportunities.
Learn the business value of understanding risk concepts beyond safety – encompassing financial, environmental issues and more! Minimising risk within your business can maximise opportunity! Understand risk management in relation to tendering for large projects.
The purpose of the workshop is to develop knowledge on how risk management applies to your business, provide self- assessment tools, valuable insights and guidance – increasing your tendering capability. This will assist Rockhampton small to medium sized companies to improve their chances of securing major project work through the construction, operation and maintenance phases of major projects throughout the region. You’ll be able to showcase your competitive advantage to project proponents or their contractors.
