The final 2017 RGS/Suncorp Breakfast season will be on Tuesday, 5th September at 7am at the Rockhampton Grammar School Rowing Club, talking is where you will learn from some great local volunteers about what motivates them, how they’ve grown from their journeys and the differences they are making to our world.

Come and listen to the speakers:

  • Alison Ray, Emerald: Alison Ray has worked for over 15 years in Lusaka, Zambia caring for orphans and some of the most vulnerable children there.
  • Nic Blevin, Rockhampton: He and his family operate a wildlife conservation charity in Zimbabwe that takes Australians to Africa because “the situation there is worse than you think.”
  • And high school students Brock Valigura and Caitlyn Goudie, participants in The Rockhampton Grammar School’s Year 10 student development programme, talk about their community service project in Vietnam earlier this year.
