Each month SmartHub Rockhampton facilitates a one hour Lunch & Learn event for local businesses to learn new skills and improve their understanding of new or emerging trends in business.
As an entrepreneur, do you want to be an effective and engaged leader? This session is about getting and staying on top of your leadership role. Geoff will talk about principles and practices of effective line managers, and a key line management task; one-on-ones with team members.
About Geoff Higgins
Geoff Higgins is a Central Queensland-based management consultant working mainly in the not-for-profit sector doing strategic planning, leadership coaching, business development and professional skills development. Geoff worked at a couple of multinational organisations in the 90s, and since then has been running his consultancy and involved in community and economic development in our region.
