The inaugural Training and Workforce Development Conference will be held in Rockhampton on the 26^th and 27^th July.

This event is a must for people involved in training and workforce development. Vital information will be provided on the future direction of training, changes to the training sector, emerging skills demands and training providers and best practice cases of apprentice and workforce attraction and retention.

Day ONE features key note addresses from:

• The Hon. John-Paul Langbroek MP, Minister for Education, Training and Employment;
• Robin Shreeve, CEO of the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency (formerly Skills Australia)
• Dave Mitchell, CE of Group Training Australia Qld & NT; and
• Seven other industry leaders in training and workforce development

Day TWO comprises four valuable workshops on workforce planning, apprentice management, performance management and effective recruitment – ideal for small business owners, managers, apprentice supervisors and HR practitioners.
