A&B Mylec and Nutanix would like to extend an invitation to a technology roadshow on Hyperconvergence and Web scale IT architecture. It’s been an exciting 6 months since the last A&B Mylec roadshow and we are back to do it again twice as big as last time! To make sure we out do ourselves we are taking the next step with web scale architecture – Software Defined Networking.
Nutanix and leading venders in Hyperconvergence are coming to Rockhampton to present on web scale architecture and its disruption in IT infrastructure.
The event is being held over two days, Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd of November at Empire Rockhampton. Registration for both days can be found following.
The Wednesday boot camp, is a full day deep dive into the Nutanix technology and is suited for IT infrastructure decision makers and IT staff looking to get a greater in-depth look at the platform and its opportunities for them.
Thursday is Broken up into four segments to make it accessible to more than just technology people.
7:30 AM–8:30 AM Breakfast and “Transforming your Work Day” session
Come along, share a breakfast and find out how Nutanix customers are using the platform to transform their work day. Matthew Day from Lang’s building supplies will be talking about how he has used webscale architecture to change his work day and drive business improvement.
8:30 AM–12:30 PM Introduction to Nutanix, Dell EMC NX platform and customer advocates
For those new to Nutanix and how it is transforming IT infrastructure. Dell EMC will talk on their NX platform and there Nutanix offerings. Garry Patmore from Bentleys Charted Accountants, will be talking on his Journey with Nutanix.
This morning segment is suited for those new to Nutanix and looking for an introduction to Hyperconvergence and how they can bring web scale architecture to their workplace. IT decision makers and IT staff are encouraged to attended.
1:00 PM–5:00 PM New features to Nutanix 5.0 and Open Networking with Cumulus Network, Mellanox and Dell EMC
The afternoon is aimed at more technical staff, with talks on the upcoming features in Nutanix 5.0 and vendors in software defined networking showcasing the technology.
Cumulus Networks, Mellanox Technologies and Dell EMC will be presenting on Open Networking and software defined networks. Find out how these exciting changes to networking and how they leverage and compliment webscale IT infrastructure.
5:00 PM–6:00 PM Social meet and greet (Drinks and refreshments supplied)
To wrap up the day everyone is invited for after party drinks and refreshments, which is an opportune time for those looking to find some further information and seek one on one time with presenters.
