Capricorn Enterprise Launches New Corporate Website

Today the region’s peak economic development organisation launches its new completely responsive corporate website to take advantage of Google’s announcement earlier this year that they will be boosting the search ranking for mobile friendly sites.
Today’s launch of www.capricornenterprise.com.au follows the launch of the Organisation’s new fully responsive leisure site www.capricornholidays.com.au earlier this year.
Capricorn Enterprise chief executive Mary Carroll said “our goal is to be a one stop shop for Economic Development related information and statistics in the region. A simplified navigation and design with concise messaging on who we are and what we do will enhance opportunities for investors and businesses.”
“Our Priority Projects have been given a primary position on the site with news and blog posts now a major focus which can be viewed on every page” she said.
Ms Carroll said “Economic Gardening is also a primary focus on the homepage, with this exciting new business capacity building project a major focus in our Economic Development activity this financial year.”
Popular searches on the www.capricornenterprise.com.au corporate site in the past six months have been ‘meet the team’, statistics, and economic gardening. The site features detailed statistics about the destination, the organisation’s members, infographic snapshots, business events, and much more.
The new site is expected to increase visitation considerably with its fresh, clean look, designed in partnership with local Rockhampton company Almost Anything Web & Graphic Design.
