The new Rockhampton United Petroleum station went to auction April 3, selling for $4.7M to an interstate buyer.
The site is now the second facility Gibb Group has delivered for United, and the second United facility Lanskey Constructions has built for Gibb Group – building on our repeat relationships-focused business model.
Touted by the United team as one of their best facilities, Gibb Group is thrilled to further strengthen ties to the Rockhampton and Central Queensland local government and business communities, building on previous successes with Gracemere Industry Park and Toll.
