SWBTA Remediation Project – Tenders Open

The Downer EDI Works Pty Ltd and FK Gardner & Sons Pty Ltd Joint Venture have been appointed by the Department of Defence as the Managing Contractor (Planning Phase) for the above project. Subject to Parliamentary Approval, construction of the project is expected to commence in stages from early 2020.
All subcontractors and suppliers interested in tendering for works below are requested to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
Closing Date / Time for EOI: 1400hrs on 20 December 2019

- Carpentry, Ceiling and Partitions, Doors and Windows
- Concrete Works and Concrete Panels
- General Site Activity Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Internal Finishes and FF&E
- Landscaping and Fencing

- Painting and Linemarking
- Roofing and Roof Safety

NB: Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) appies to this project.
This is the first of a two-stage tender process. The Managing Contractor will select registered tenderers for each trade package. Email EOI’s to the address below, a check list for completion will be sent for completion and return.
