Welcome to the 2020-21 Capricorn Enterprise Board of Directors and Committee Members

Following the Capricorn Enterprise Annual General Meeting last Thursday, 1st October, we would like to congratulate Chairman Derek Lightfoot and Deputy Chairman Bob Pleash on their re-election.
Directors of the Board, Max Hogan, Helen Schweikert and Chris Harris, who retired in accordance with Rule 33 (c) of the company’s constitution and who were eligible for re-election as a Director of the company, were also re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors.
Members of the Economic Development Committee (known as the Capricorn Enterprise Industry Group), Prue Saxby, Carl Carter and Laurence Stitt, who retired in accordance with Rule 46A(b) of the company’s constitution and who were eligible for re-election as a member of the Committee, were also re-elected to serve on the Committee. Colin Strydom was nominated and elected following the recent resignation of Michael Davies.
Members of the Tourism Management Committee, Paul Thompson and Brad Korte who retired in accordance with Rule 46A(b) of the company’s constitution and who were eligible for re-election as a member of the Committee were also re-elected to serve on the Committee. Lillian Lever was nominated and elected following the retirement of Amanda Hinton from the Committee.
