Paying homage to B&S’s of the past, the Capricorn Food and Wine Festival are excited to bring back a multi-day New Year’s celebration!
Running from 29th December – 1st January, the four day bender kicks off with a race day and finishes with an island recovery.
For the party animals who want to make the most of saying see-ya-later to 2020, grab a ticket bundle for $125 and save $25. Or you can purchase tickets individually for each event.

Country Races @Callaghan Park
Launch into the Rocky New Years at the Country Races! Day one of four massive days of festivities, this is the last race day for 2020.
With an exciting seven-race program, TAB and country rock tunes of Zac Cross Band, this 18+ event will kick start the weekend nicely. The Country Races will commence at midday and conclude at 6pm. Tickets – $40 + booking fee includes entry, private area for ticket holders in the air-conditioned grandstand, free drink on arrival.
Too Early Party @The Goat
Itching to send the year off with an early bang? The Giddy Goat has you covered. The club is open from 7pm, so revellers can get a pre-New Year’s fix. The night will kick off with performances from a few local legends and feature DJ acts.
NYE Party @Riverside Precinct
When it’s time to send off the year to forget, head down to the Rockhampton Riverside Precinct and dance the night away with local legends The Short Fall and DJ Blake Hamlyn. With varying ticketing options starting at $25 including general admission, reserved seating and inclusive food and beverage package, you can choose the one best suited to ensure your night is amazing.
Kicking off from 6pm, you can party the night/morning away until 2am.
Island Recovery
When your head is hurting from ringing in the New Year but you still aren’t done celebrating, there is no better place to reset than lounging by the beach at Great Keppel Island.
Enjoy live music and island games throughout the day to keep you entertained, plus a special late transfer for all you hungover souls.
Tickets are $40 per person + booking fee and include a recovery electrolyte drink on arrival, return ferry transfer from Rosslyn Bay Marina via Keppel Konnections, island games and prizes and live music.
