Queensland’s beefy appetite grows as Beef 2021 awarded two Golds!

With this year’s event welcoming more than 115,000 people and 63 tonnes of beef, the growing mecca that is Beef 2021 wiped the floor in both the Major Festival and Event, and Food Tourism categories at the 2021 Queensland Tourism Awards.
Chair, Bryce Camm accepted the awards, together with Federal Member for Capricornia, Michelle Landry and Beef Vice-Chair Grant Cassidy, proudly representing the many staff and volunteers who have worked tirelessly to showcase the beef capital since 1988 and put Rockhampton on the map.
