Posted on March 29th, 2022
In a drive to support Queensland business, TAFE Qld Small Business Solutions has released a new business mentoring program, designed to assist small business owners with building a profitable & sustainable business.
Replacing the previous Cert IV in Small Business Management program, the Cert IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business Focuses more intently on businesses that are in either in start up phase, or longer term business wanting to drive growth.
“What makes this program unique is that business owners can learn peer reviewed curriculum, however within the context of their business, and facilitate by an accredited business mentor’” says John Hebrard, Tafe Qld Small Business Solutions Manager
The program is a hybrid model, whereby business owners can potentially gain a nationally accredited qualification, and access affordable business mentoring simultaneously. This unique opportunity is available to anyone eligible, who also resides in Qld.
TAFE QLD Small Business Solutions mentor, Rudi Tartaglia, stated “ Businesses don’t often know they are doing things inefficiently. Habits form over time, and owners become attuned to doing things in a certain way. It’s important for owners to stop and reflect from time to time on their strategies and processes.”
This new program launched last month, and TAFE QLD Small Business Solutions are seeking expressions of interest for anyone interested in improving their business. To express interest, please visit https://l.linklyhq.com/l/lktN
