Blissful Byfield features on Channel 9’s Getaway

From sunsets to freshwater creeks, pottery studios to a dino-mite game of mini golf, tune into Channel 9’s Getaway this Saturday from 5:30pm, and see presenter David Whitehill be bedazzled by the magic of Byfield on the Capricorn Coast.

Commissioned by Capricorn Enterprise, and supported by a number of local operators, David and his crew spent the morning fine-tuning their putting skills at Byfield’s newest tourism attraction, Capricorn Dinosaur Mini Golf, before slipping next door to meet the local wildlife at Cooberrie Park Wildlife Sanctuary.
The adventure didn’t stop there, as the crew headed to meet their hosts, John and Helen from Castle Rock Farm who took David on an ATV trip to watch the sunset from on top of the world.
Topping their visit off with a trip to Byfield General Store, Waterpark Creek and Nob Creek Pottery, David left excited to showcase this hidden gem to the rest of Australia.
