Local events receive QDEP funding

Successful Queensland Destination Events Program (QDEP) – Round 27 event applicants have been announced by The Hon. Michael Healy MP, Minister for Tourism and Sport.
Two eligible event applications were received to QDEP from the Capricorn Coast region and Tourism and Events Queensland has awarded both events funding to the total value of $25,000.
The successful destination event funding applications are:
- Capricorn Food and Wine Festival ($10,000)
- 2024 Fitzroy River Barra Bash ($15,000)
Congratulations to both events on securing funding.
