Footlights Theatre Restaurant Marks 30 Years of Laughter, Entertainment, and Community Spirit on the Capricorn Coast

This October, Footlights Theatre Restaurant celebrates a remarkable 30 years of entertaining locals and visitors with its signature mix of comedy, music, and dining on the Capricorn Coast.
Since 1994, this beloved Yeppoon institution has been the heart of live comedy in the region, renowned for its vibrant performances and lively atmosphere.
Footlights has been a family-run business from the start, led by the dynamic and creative duo Kaye and Garyth Walpole.
Over three decades, the Walpole’s have crafted a unique experience, known not only for their hilarious comedic shows but also for a comforting dining menu that has kept audiences coming back for more.
Reflecting on this incredible journey, Kaye and Garyth shared, “It’s been an absolute joy and privilege to entertain the wonderful people of the Capricorn Coast and beyond.”
