Sandstone Wilderness famil with Don Fuchs

Capricorn Enterprise coordinated a Sandstone Wilderness Famil for photojournalist Don Fuchs and freelance journalist Hannah James to Carnarvon Gorge last week.
Don and Hannah have been commissioned by Australian Geographic to write a story about the Carnarvon Great Walk. They had a wonderful time exploring the Gorge and meeting our local operators.
The Carnarvon Great Walk links the Carnarvon Gorge and Mount Moffatt sections of Carnarvon National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty and human history set within the highlands of the Central Queensland Sandstone Belt. A range of walking experiences are offered within this Great Walk – from short strolls to a truly challenging six or seven day walk.
Don and Hannah tackled the epic 6 day walk! This is the second time Don has visited the Sandstone Wilderness and he already has plans to return next year.
