Centrepoint Finance Yeppoon receives recognition for excellence in a record-setting 6 categories

UPDATE – Centrepoint Finance took out four (4) awards. The entire team for CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS and DIVERSIFIED BUSINESS, Anna – Loan Administrator and Shane – Equipment Finance Broker. Congratulations to the team!
Always focused on Customer Service first, Shane Nipperess, Centrepoint Finance Yeppoon is very proud of the team for being finalists in the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia) Awards for Customer Service (Brokerage), as well as Mortgage Broker, David Perna (Home Loan Specialist) for being recognised for Customer Service (Individual). Centrepoint Finance Yeppoon are also Qld finalists for the overall Finance Broker Business and Diversified Business.
Anna Smith, Broker Support Officer is also a finalist for the Loan Administrator Award, after also being a State finalist for the Advisor Better Business Awards Best Loan Administrator and winning the Industry PLAN Australia Administrator of the Year for Qld 2019.
Shane is also a finalist in the Equipment Finance Broker Category.
This is the first year that the Centrepoint Finance Yeppoon team have been nominated for the MFAA Awards, so it is especially notable that the total of 6 categories is the highest number ever for any individual organisation.
The Awards ceremony is being held online, today, Wednesday 24th June, so the team are hopeful they might win at least one category, but the high quality of all other finalists means the competition will be very tight.
