Entire Southern Great Barrier Reef represents strongly at Queensland Tourism Awards

Spending more time on their feet than in their seats, the Southern Great Barrier Reef representatives from across the three regions of Capricorn, Gladstone, and Bundaberg enjoyed an ongoing night of loud cheers and cooees as gold, silver, and bronze winners were announced.
With a huge 13 places being awarded across our fabulous destination, the teams could not have been prouder of our remarkable operators.
Capricorn Enterprise members 1770 LARC! Tours, who offer unique amphibious adventures on the Southern Great Barrier Reef, won Bronze for one of the most competitive categories – Tour and Transport Operators.
We congratulate all the other SGBR winners including Rockhampton’s Rare Spare Rockynats Car Festival, Bundaberg Rum Distillery, The Windmill Café Bargara, Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort, and Lady Musgrave Experience.
