Scheduled as a business luncheon on 29th of April, our Regional Economic Update features Regional Development Australia Central and Western Queensland’s Strategic Regional Plan, along with the opportunity to engage with Windlab following Dr Andrew Forrest’s recent announcement of a $3 billion Queensland green energy precinct.

TOPIC: Following extensive research, consultation and engagement, the Strategic Regional Plan outlines innovative ideas and opportunities to support growth, jobs and investment in Central and Western Queensland.
Tony has degrees in Marketing, Economics and a Masters in Advanced Finance. He has worked for multi-nationals such as NAB and IBM, both in various cities in Australia and the Middle-East, as well as in his own small businesses.
John Burke
Head of Construction | Windlab
TOPIC: Update on the project schedule, contract opportunities and progress to date for the Clarke Creek Wind Farm project.
John joined Windlab in mid 2021 to oversee the construction of Windlab’s extensive portfolio of projects. He has been involved in the power generation industry for most of his career holding a variety of executive positions within Construction Contractors leading the construction of power projects worldwide.
