Tourism and Hospitality Jobs in the Capricorn Region

The Work in Paradise Queensland Tourism and Hospitality Jobs website is still live and promoting tourism job opportunities across Queensland.
The Queensland Tourism and Hospitality Jobs site is a terrific resource widely used with more than 3300 people registered to the site – mostly jobseekers who use the site to apply for one of the more than 1500 jobs across Queensland.
All jobs can be posted for free on the Work in Central Queensland platform, with Tourism and Hospitality jobs being automatically aggregated and promoted to the Work in Paradise program.
In the past few weeks it has seen even greater traffic thanks to its links to Tourism and Events Queensland’s global Working Holidayer campaign to promote Queensland to international travellers as a rewarding employment destination offering an unbeatable holiday lifestyle.
Since July 2021 there have been more than 8,000 jobs advertised and a cumulative website visit of up to 56,400. We have 17 employer profiles on the site and regularly post news bulletins and messages directly to registered site users.
Help us spread the word that the Work in Paradise Queensland Tourism and Hospitality Jobs website is available NOW for workers and employers.
Ways you can utilise the site include:
- employers can post a job for free, and stand out from the crowd with an employer profile that can be posted to social media and linked to their job ad
- destinations (RTOs, LTOs, local governments) and businesses can target jobseekers via social media and on websites by using the regions job search link from their regional profile on the site
- job seekers can create their own AirCV and get notifications for new jobs.
Enhancements are also being made to the site to include a new content around skills, inclusivity, diversity and available subsidies, as well as videos from our Young Tourism Leaders.
