TODAY Show brings a bright weather forecast for the Capricorn Coast

Perfect sub-tropical days and fabulous locations and talent delivered on-air perfection last week as Channel 9’s TODAY Show weather presenter Scherri-Lee Biggs spent three days showcasing our glorious Yeppoon and Great Keppel Island to the popular morning show’s national audience.
Cuddling koalas at Cooberrie Park Wildlife Sanctuary on Wednesday, waking up at Great Keppel Island on Thursday, and capturing a magical sunrise at the Yeppoon Lagoon on Friday, the crew couldn’t wait to experience the laid back vibe, meet the locals, and feel the sand between their toes.
In partnership with Capricorn Enterprise, and together with local operators, community groups and schools, we were able to share this beautiful spot we call home with viewers.
