Seaspray Health and Fitness Centre officially opens in Zilzie

It’s the Capricorn Coast’s newest wellness hub, and last Saturday 2nd June marked the official opening of Seaspray Health and Fitness Centre in Zilzie.
Proudly boasting a fully operational gym, café and bar, F45 Training, spa, beauty treatments and more, the Centre welcomes both residents and visitors to spend the day indulging in luxury.
After purchasing the property back in December 2015, the Ouston family (also proud owners of Poinciana Tourist Park) have been working tirelessly to breath a new lease of life into the Centre and create a place that the local community is proud to have in their backyard.
Knowing the importance of health, wellbeing and lifestyle, Seaspray Development Manager, Matthew Ouston is pleased to see their goal of creating a one-stop-shop where everything is easily accessible, come to fruition.

Incorporating modern elements and niche offerings such as an innovative Recovery Room, providing treatments and programs including ice baths, hot spa baths, infrared sauna’s, pneumatic compression, percussion therapy and more, Seaspray is set to become a hot spot for all guests to relax, recover and recharge.
