Construction of the Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline (FGP), a 117-kilometre that will run from the Lower Fitzroy River in Rockhampton and connect to Gladstone Area Water Board’s existing water network at Yarwun, is well and truly underway.

The newsletter takes a deep dive into construction works completed in the last financial quarter, works currently being completed, local spend and content insights and how the FGP team have been engaging with local community.
The FGP is a $983 million project which addresses the single source water supply risk from Awoonga Dam and will enable long-term water security for GAWB’s customers.
