Channel 7’s Sunrise visits Yeppoon Lagoon

Channel 7’s weekend weather presenter James Tobin and his crew made a splash at Yeppoon Lagoon on Saturday 30th March, showcasing our beautiful Capricorn Coast to their national audience.
Proudly hosted and organised by Capricorn Enterprise, with special guests including Laureth Rumble from Reef Distillers/Pumpkin Island, Kieron, Grant and Michelle from Cooberrie Park Wildlife Sanctuary, Adam Lever from Koorana Crocodile Farm, Mindy Bambrick from the Capricorn Caves, and Australian Idol talent Trent Richardson, the morning went off without a hitch as the stunning Keppel Bay backdrop made for awesome live television.

Capricorn Enterprise commissions morning breakfast shows such as Sunrise in order to share our backyard with Australia. We were fortunate to secure the Easter Saturday edition following a pitch only days prior.
