Capricorn Coast Visitor Information Centre Visits Cockscombe Veterans Bush Retreat

Earlier this month, a group of our dedicated volunteers, accompanied by Katie, the VIC Supervisor, visited the Cockscombe Veterans Bush Retreat. They were warmly welcomed by the resident veterans and enjoyed a guided tour of the on-site museum. The visit proved to be an enriching and moving experience, with the personal stories and historical exhibits providing a powerful insight into the service and sacrifices of Australian soldiers.
