| Registered Trade Skills Pathway – From casual cook to qualified chef | A program helping industry professionals (e.g., cooks and qualified chefs) obtain formal qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery). |
| Capricorn Coast Region Welcomes You Program | Free online training helping tourism operators, staff, students, volunteers, and locals deliver warm, inclusive, and memorable visitor experiences. Tailored to Queensland’s 13 tourism regions, highlighting local stories and culture. |
| Young Tourism Leaders | Connects inspiring role models with young people, building interest and confidence in tourism careers. Leaders share real-world experiences at schools and events, showcasing pathways and practical guidance to grow Queensland’s future tourism workforce. |
| Industry Workforce Advisor Program – Support for Queensland tourism, hospitality and events businesses | Provides free, tailored support to small businesses to address staffing challenges and help with attraction and retention. |
| Quality Tourism Framework (QTF) & Accreditation | The Quality Tourism Framework (QTF) helps guide tourism operators to consistently deliver exceptional experiences, evolve their business and maintain the competitiveness of our nation’s visitor economy. |
| Pathways to Industry Excellence Courses | Pathways to Industry Excellence is a free online learning initiative designed to build a more sustainable, resilient, and world-leading visitor economy for Queensland. |
| First Nations Tourism Support – Elevating First Nations tourism | Enhancing outcomes for First Nations tourism. Initiatives such as the Indigenous Champions Network and the upcoming QLD First Nations Tourism Plan 2026–2032. |
