The cut-off date for the 2026 Best of Queensland Experiences Program (BOQEP) is 31 December 2025, so now’s the time to make sure you’ve gathered enough customer reviews across all major platforms.
Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) uses ReviewPro, a global review aggregator, to calculate your Global Review Index (GRI) — an important part of your BOQEP assessment.
To be eligible, your business must have received at least 25 online rated reviews from eligible sources between 1 January and 31 December 2025.
✅ Tip: Make sure your Google Business Profile (GBP) and TripAdvisor profile are linked to your Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) account.
✅ Tip: Encourage guests to share their feedback on their favourite review platforms — such as Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and others. Every review helps boost your visibility and your GRI score!
