Capricorn Enterprise is delighted to celebrate a remarkable achievement for local Yeppoon artist Carol Elliott. Her Capricorn Coast inspired painting, Moody Hues, has been selected as a finalist in the 18th International Art Renewal Center (ARC) Salon Competition, one of the largest and most prestigious competitions in the world dedicated to Realism.
This year, the competition received over 4,500 entries from 44 countries, and only 17% (816 works) were chosen as finalists. Being among this elite group is a significant recognition of Carol’s exceptional artistry and dedication.
The winners will be announced on January 5, 2026, but for now, we celebrate this exciting milestone for a proud member of our community. Moody Hues has already captured the attention of the international Realism art scene, and we eagerly anticipate what comes next.
