The Capricorn Coast will soon be showcased to a national audience when Channel 9’s Epic Builds features a Yeppoon project as part of Episode 3 on Saturday 14 March at 3.30pm on 9HD and 9Now.
The episode highlights the creation of a sustainable dream home by local designer Penny Hunt Creative, brought to life in collaboration with Westbuilt. Filmed over time, the program captures the entire journey of the build — from the original concept and design through to the finished home — offering viewers an inside look at the creative vision and construction process.
As part of filming, the production team visited the Keppel Bay Sailing Club, where sweeping views across Yeppoon Main Beach, Keppel Bay and Great Keppel Island provided a spectacular backdrop for the show’s introductory interview.
Epic Builds showcases ambitious building projects and innovative architecture from across Australia, and the Yeppoon feature highlights the creativity emerging from the Capricorn Coast alongside the region’s spectacular coastal setting.
Capricorn Enterprise was pleased to support the production during filming in the region, assisting with local coordination and helping showcase the beauty of the Capricorn Coast to a national television audience.
