CQ Mega Expo: 26th – 28th May

RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service would like to invite tourism businesses to exhibit at the CQ Mega Expo at Callaghan Park, Rockhampton! This event is proudly presented by the RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service and focuses on promoting local businesses and destinations. ‘Destination Lane’ is positioned in a prime location and will be offered to local tourism operators.
What’s different about this event?
The CQ Mega Expo focuses on displaying all things lifestyle in the Central Queensland region.
This year, the CQ Mega Expo is presented by the RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service as a major fundraiser for our service. The profits raised from the event will help contribute much needed funds to keep our vital service in the air.
Why should you exhibit?
Exhibitions are an important tourism and economic development generator, bringing many visitors to the area. Use this opportunity to showcase your product, expand your customer database and encourage both locals and visitors to head out and explore our great region.
Last year the three day expo exceeded expectations with over 140 exhibitors and 15,000 people through the gates over the weekend. The event saw visitors from across the State flock to Rockhampton, joining an abundance of locals also enjoying what our region has to offer.
The expo will take place at Callaghan Park from Friday 26th May to Sunday 28th May. This is a great location that provides a relaxed atmosphere to all exhibitors. There is a fantastic events program, with gates open from 9am – 4pm each day.
What you need to do?
To reserve an exhibition site, all you have to do is complete an Exhibitor Application Form and return it to Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service (email michael@cqmegaexpo.com.au) as soon as possible.
Sites are 2.5m x 2.5m and cost $300.
