Capricorn Enterprise Annual Major Projects Forum

Thursday October 29th – Frenchville Sports Club

This year’s Major Projects Forum features a broad range of presentations that will inform a broad spectrum of regional industry leaders.

Taking place at Frenchville Sports Club in Rockhampton, the normally 220-strong event will be reduced to 150 due to COVID requirements, and it is predicted that registrations will fill quickly.

2020 has been very challenging for businesses across Central Queensland, with the 2020 Forum bringing together a wealth of knowledge in critical areas such as Working in Central Qld,  Economics, Qld Resources, Defence, Clean Energy and Water and Resource Projects together with what the triannual Beef Australia 2021 (May 2021) means for our region.

Hear from industry leaders such as Ian Macfarlane (QRC), Gene Tunny (Economist), Commodore Jonathan Earley (ASMTI) and Ian Mill (Beef Australia) plus other Industry and Project leaders with project updates and opportunities for your business or organization to engage. The forum maintains a strong focus on continued engagement and collaboration amongst industry, will provide update on key projects, deliverables and priorities for the next 12 months.

Allowing a cross-section of our business community to be informed, network with project proponents and their managing contractors and collaborate with aligned businesses, along with registering their credentials and capability for selected projects, this year’s Forum is set to be huge as we unpack billions of dollars-worth of major regional projects.

Capricorn Enterprise members, together with non-members are invited to attend the fully catered, all-day event which will kick off from 8:00am and provide plenty of networking and interactive opportunities, ensuring delegates get the most out of the day.

In addition to being informed, having specific enquiries answered, you will also have the opportunity to network with industry representatives and learn more on how to market your job vacancies on the Work in Central Qld website and, if applicable, the Shoalwater Bay Jobs website.

Registrations are open with Early Bird Registrations extended until Wednesday October 7th. Click here to register – https://www.ivvy.com.au/event/L64ZA2/ or view the full program here – https://capricornenterprise.com.au/wp-content/uploads/Major-Projects-Forum-20_Full.pdf
