2021 Best of Queensland Experiences Results Released

This week more than 3,300 Queensland operators received their 2021 results of the Best of Queensland Experiences Program. Operators eligible for an automatic extension of their previous Best of Queensland Experiences (BOQ) status were also notified.
This year, the Capricorn region saw a total of 116 operators eligible for BOQ compared with the 83 operators eligible in 2020 (a 28.5% increase) with 68 operators receiving Best of Queensland status in 2021 compared with 52 operators in 2020 (an increase of 23.6%).
The Best of Queensland Experiences Program report is provided by Tourism and Events Queensland for free to all Queensland operators listed on the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse. The report provides valuable ReviewPro insights on consumer perceptions of Tourism operator experiences and is valued at over $1,000. It also allows operators to benchmark their performance relative to the destination and Queensland.
