Banana Beef receives a moo-ving tribute on Channel 9’s My Way

Episode 6 of My Way featuring Richard and Libbie Wilson is now online here – https://www.9now.com.au/my-way/season-3/episode-6

“We live in the Beef Capital of Australia and our local restaurants should be setting the benchmark for the best dining experience in the country!”

That is what Libbie and Richard Wilson have aimed to achieve since building and opening the popular Waterline Restaurant back in 1996, serving Banana Beef from their nearby cattle property and providing patrons with a genuine ‘paddock to plate’ experience.

From humble beginnings, opening as Waterline Café, a coffee and sandwich bar in the corner of the new Keppel Bay Marina building in 1996, The Waterline Restaurant as it is known today has forged a reputation for the best quality food and friendliest service on the coast.

The award-winning Banana Station Beef is a key part of the overall dining experience and a big drawcard for visitors and locals choosing to tantalise their tastebuds right on the water at Keppel Bay Marina.

Tune into Channel 9’s My Way this Sunday (14th November) from 5:30pm and discover where the reef meets the beef in the Capricorn Coast.
