Congratulations Stanwell! 30 years of supporting Queensland

Commissioned in 1992 and fully operational in 1996, the Stanwell Power Station located 23 kilometres south-west of Rockhampton supplies electricity for distribution via Queensland’s electricity grid.
While contributing more than $2 billion to the Queensland Government through dividends paid each year since 2011, Stanwell is also a major employer aiming to make a difference in the community in which they operate.
