Accessible Web and Online Content Design

The journey for many tourists with disability and accessibility requirements starts online. The planning stage is integral in their ability to engage in experiences, requiring information prior to arrival to help decisions.  The accessibility of any digital product is determined by its capacity to provide equal access to all users. Equal access means the design enables any user to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the product on the same basis as everyone. In this webinar you will learn from expert consultants on accessible design of digital products and how to provide an inclusive and accessible experience through your communications. Our facilitators will create a safe space for you to feel comfortable to ask any questions.

The session will include:

  • An overview of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Practical advice on making the digital experience accessible
  • The impact and benefits of having an accessible website and communication channels.
