Do you have enough positive reviews?
Posted on December 12th, 2023
All businesses with an active Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) listing as of 31 December 2023 will automatically be assessed for the 2024 Best of Queensland Experiences Program. One of the five criteria is ‘Consistent Delivery of an Exceptional Experience’ and is worth 60 points towards the 80 points required to become recognised as a Best of Queensland Experience. To meet this benchmark, you need to have at least 25 positive online reviews over a 12-month period (1 January to 31 December 2023) and get a ReviewPro Global Review Index TM (GRI) score of 80 or more. Now is the time to ensure you have enough reviews and that your GRI is over 80.
