Frenchville Sports Club celebrates double success at Clubs Queensland Awards

Frenchville Sports Club is thrilled to announce its outstanding achievements at the prestigious Clubs Queensland Awards, where the Club was honoured with two remarkable accolades – the Silver award in the Community category and Silver for Club of the Year – Medium award.

The recognition of these awards reflects Frenchville Sports Club’s unwavering commitment to the local community, exceptional service standards, and significant contributions to enhancing community well-being.

Frenchville Sports Club Chief Executive Officer, Damien Massingham said “Winning the Silver award in both the Community category and Club of the Year – Medium is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and exceptional service standards upheld by our entire team.”

“A highlight in the Community award category was the Club’s pivotal role as a founding partner of the Fitzroy Community Hospice, contributing over $50,000 to support this vital community initiative. This partnership exemplifies the Club’s deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact and enhancing the well-being of the local community.” Mr Massingham said.

“We are proud of our ongoing contributions to the community, including our support for initiatives like the Fitzroy Community Hospice. Frenchville Sports Club has a long-standing and proud tradition of supporting the local community, contributing over $1 million annually”
