New Rockhampton Mental Health Inpatient Unit

ADCO are currently tendering for the new Rockhampton Mental Health Inpatient Unit, and are reaching out to any local trades who:
- Are capable of delivering this scale of commercial work;
- Are interested in engaging with ADCO and tendering the project with them.
A small brief of the Scope of Works below:
Central Queensland Health Capital Works program is progressing planning works for the significant expansion and refurbishment of the adult acute mental health unit at Rockhampton Hospital. The Rockhampton Mental Health Inpatient Unit project includes refurbishment, significant unit expansion and the development of a long-term building replacement strategy.
The project will require significant diversion of civil infrastructure and building services reticulation. It will also contain an under-croft carpark, suspended level structure and associated roofing in addition to patient linking structure to the existing hospital.
The estimated total project value is between $50m – $70m.
